‘Peve Maribo’ was a variegated sport that was found on the ever popular dwarf ‘Mariken’ ginkgo tree by Piet Vergeldt in the Netherlands. The creamy yellow variegation gives this dwarf a little extra added flare and makes it unique. While this variegation is just as unstable as other variegated ginkgo, it reverts to a 2010 ACS Conifer of the year.  This isn’t a very risky plant, as either way it will be beautiful, dense and compact. ‘Peve Maribo’ may reach 4ft 5ft in 10 years.

Due to its miniature stature and dwarf habit, ‘Peve Maribo is excellent for conifer gardens, small spaces, containers, miniature railroad gardens, and fairy gardens.
