Direction of Use
SOIL APPLICATION
BIOMIN BOOSTER 221 can be applied before or at planting as banding or broadcast. Apply 1 qt. to 1 gal./ac. (2.5-10 l/ha) depending on soil conditions and application methods. For maintenance, 1 qt./ac. (2.5 l/ha) is recommended. Dilute BIOMIN BOOSTER 221 with enough water to cover the entire acre.
FOLIAR APPLICATION
FIELD AND ROW CROPS
Apply 16-32 oz./ac. (1.25-2.5 l/ha) when crops are about 6-12 in. (15-30 cm) high or when deficiency symptoms appear. Repeat the application in 2-4 weeks if necessary.
FRUIT TREES AND GRAPES
Apply 16-32 oz./ac (1.25-2.5 l/ha) starting at bud break or when deficiency symptoms appear. Repeat the application in about 4 weeks if necessary.
VEGETABLE CROPS
Apply 16-32 oz./ac. (1.25-2.5 l/ha) at about 2-4 weeks after emergence, or when deficiency symptoms appear. Repeat the application in 1-3 weeks if necessary.
ALMONDS, WALNUTS, PISTACHIOS, AND OTHER NUT CROPS
Apply 16-32 oz./ac. (1.25-2.5 l/ha) before bloom. Repeat the application if necessary.
TURF
Apply 1.5 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. of turf. Repeat the application in 2-4 weeks if necessary.
For best results, apply when the crop is in active growing stage, after irrigation or natural rain fall. For foliar application, it should be diluted with at least 100 times of water. BIOMIN BOOSTER 221 will lower high pH of water and decrease the hydrolysis of most pesticides.
